Located in Dubai's Central Financial District, the 470,700 m² project features two skyscrapers and a horizontal cantilevered gallery, which forms a 90-degree angle between the two towers. Tower A, at 300 metres high, will house offices and a hotel, while Tower B, at 235 metres high, will be primarily for residential units. Epic in scale and design, it aims to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cantilevered building in the world.
With a total structural weight of 13,000 tonnes, a length of 226 metres and a height of 105 metres above ground level, THE LINK will offer a wide range of facilities including restaurants, bars, observation decks, gymnasiums, spas, swimming pools, ballrooms and a column-free design for all internal spaces due to the diagonal ribbed lattice structure of the exterior. Another record-breaking feature on the rooftop is the world's longest suspended infinity pool and the longest rooftop infinity pool in the UAE, designed to mimic a 'beach in the sky'.
