Application of Bridge Steel in Bridge Engineering

摘要: 总结了近三十年我国钢桥建设和桥梁用结构钢及桥梁钢标准的发展,强度级别从Q345q、Q370q级发展为Q420q、Q500q、Q690q级,耐候桥梁钢、耐海洋大气环境腐蚀钢板、复合钢板、高性能桥梁钢研发成功并被工程应用。列举了在实桥应用中桥梁用钢常见问题,如钢板力学性能均匀性、钢板外形质量、焊接性、设计选材应注意钢板的焊接性等,有助于推动我国桥梁用结构钢的高质量发展。Abstract: Summarizing the development of steel bridge construction, structural steel for bridges, and bridge steel standards in China over the past thirty years, the strength grades have evolved from Q345q and Q370q to Q420q, Q500q, and Q690q. Weathering bridge steel, corrosion-resistant steel plates for marine atmospheric environments, clad plates, and high-performance bridge steel have been successfully developed and applied in engineering. This article lists common issues related to steel used in bridge applications, such as the uniformity of mechanical properties of steel plates, the quality of steel plate shapes, weldability, and the importance of paying attention to the weldability of steel plates in design and material selection. This will help promote the high-quality development of structural steel used in bridges in China.
