Development and Practice of Steel Structure Construction Technology

摘要: 改革开放40年来,我国钢结构应用经历了从边缘到主流的转变,钢结构的快速发展促进了我国建筑行业的工业化和智能化进程。为此,首先回顾了改革开放前30年钢结构安装技术的发展,以金茂大厦、东方明珠电视塔、广州电视塔、上海铁路南站等一批标志性工程的施工为例,阐述了面向超高层、高耸、大跨空间等结构体系施工技术与装备的历史演进。其后通过上海中心大厦、上海体育场改造、上海世博博物馆等近10年系列典型工程,指出当前钢结构安装技术在数字加工、测量、焊接与塔机等方面的长足发展。最后,基于目前钢结构发展问题与趋势,提出面向城市更新的钢结构改造体系与加固技术,高强、高性能钢的配套连接技术与工艺,数字化管控与智能化施工装备等将是未来钢结构进一步发展的关键方向。Abstract: Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, the application of steel structures in our country has undergone a transformation from the periphery to the mainstream. The rapid development of steel structures has promoted the industrialization and intelligentization of China’s construction industry. This article reviews the development of steel structure erection technology in the past 30 years since the 1980s. By introducing a series of landmark projects such as Jin Mao Tower, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Guangzhou New TV Tower, and Shanghai South Railway Station, it elaborates on the historical evolution of construction technology and equipment for various structural systems. Following this, through a series of typical projects in the past decade, such as the Shanghai Tower, the renovation of the Shanghai Stadium, and the Shanghai Expo Museum, it is pointed out that the current steel structure erection technology has made significant advancements in digital processing, measurement, welding, and tower cranes. Finally, based on the current development issues and trends in steel structures, the steel structure renovation system and reinforcement technology for urban renewal, the connection technology and processes for high-strength and high-performance steel, as well as digital management and intelligent construction equipment, will be the key directions for the further development of steel structures. It is anticipated China’s steel structure erection technology will achieve greater advancements and become a leader in the transformation and development of the construction industry.
