Recent Advances and Engineering Practice in High-Rise Steel Structure Building

摘要: 钢结构具有强度高、自重轻、抗震性能好、施工速度快、绿色可持续发展等优点,在改革开放后30年内得到了迅速发展。近10年来,住宅建筑、工业上楼等高层建筑中采用钢结构的比例大幅提高,在超高层建筑中各类钢结构体系也得到新的发展。抗震性能化设计、消能减震(振)技术以及高性能钢材的推广应用,使得钢结构在高层建筑中发挥出更大的优势。然而,和国外先进技术相比,我国高层建筑钢结构在材料性能、结构设计方法和经济性等方面尚有不小差距,需要全产业链互动并进一步研发相关技术。Abstract: Steel structure is known for its advantage of high strength, light self-weight, good seismic performance, fast construction speed, and green sustainable development, which had a rapid development in the 30 years after the reform and opening up. Over the past decade, the proportion of steel structures used in high-rise buildings such as residential buildings and high-rise industrial buildings has significantly increased. Various steel structure systems have also seen new developments in super high-rise buildings. The design for seismic performance, energy dissipation and shock absorption technologies, and the promotion of high-performance steel materials have enabled steel structures to exert greater advantages in high-rise construction. However, compared to foreign advanced technologies in high-rise buildings, there is still a significant gap in material performance, structural design methods, and economic aspects of steel structures in our country. It is necessary to promote interaction across the entire industry chain and further develop related technologies.
