摘要:
深入探讨了我国公路钢结构桥梁的发展现状与技术进步。钢结构桥梁凭借其高强、轻质、抗震性能好、工业化建造、可循环利用等优点,逐渐在公路桥梁建设中获得应用。然而,相较于发达国家,我国钢结构桥梁在公路桥梁总量中所占比例仍然较低。回顾了我国公路钢桥发展的历程,从建国初期的探索阶段、改革开放初期的快速发展阶段,到比较成熟的标准化设计阶段;重点介绍了港珠澳大桥、厦门翔安大桥等典型工程的成功实践;阐述了我国常规跨径公路钢结构桥梁标准化设计的技术特点,包括设计创新、材料创新、结构创新、BIM技术应用及工业化建造等;分析了当前存在的问题及面临的挑战;最后,展望了我国公路钢结构桥梁的发展趋势,强调标准化设计在推动工业化建造中的重要作用,为未来我国公路钢结构桥梁建设提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract:
This paper explores the current development status and technological advancements of highway steel structure bridges in China. Steel structure bridges, with their advantages of high strength, light weight, excellent seismic performance, industrialized construction, and recyclability, are increasingly being applied in highway bridge construction. However, compared to developed countries, the proportion of steel structure bridges in China’s total highway bridges remains relatively low. This paper reviews the development history of highway steel bridges in China, from the exploratory stage in the early years of the People’s Republic, through the rapid development phase following the reform and opening-up, to the more mature standardized design stage. It highlights the successful practices of iconic projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Xiamen Xiang’an Bridge. The paper elaborates on the technical characteristics of standardized design for conventional span highway steel structure bridges in China, including innovations in design, materials, and structures, as well as the application of BIM technology and industrialized construction. It analyzes current issues and challenges, and finally, forecasts the development trends of highway steel structure bridges in China, emphasizing the crucial role of standardized design in promoting industrialized construction, providing insights and references for future construction of highway steel structure bridges in China.
