Limiting Confining Factor for Concrete Filled Circular Tube

摘要: 简要论述了圆钢管混凝土短柱性能的一个重要方面:确定使短柱压力-应变曲线不再下降的界限套箍系数,并提出了一个确定该界限系数的简单方法,结果与已有试验结果符合,表明所提出方法的基本合理性。Abstract: An important aspect of the theory of concrete filled circular pipes is to determine the limiting confining coefficient at which the axial force-strain curves become ideal elastic-plastic. This article proposed a simple way for computing this limiting confining coefficient, the results are in good agreement with the test results reported by the literature, implying the correctness of the proposed method.
